  1. One-on-one sessions built around individual needs and requirements. Including posture correction, ergonomics at work and desk, gait correction, proprioceptive training, wellness coaching and education, continual assessment and functional  strength training
  2. We build personal relationships to ensure maintenance of progress with regular follow-ups to continue improving both patient well-being and quality of life, or prevent other injuries in persons such as athletes.
